Johana Zepeda was awesome. She was patient, kind, very thorough & frank with explanation of insurance and coverage. She saved me from paying an outrageous amount for my Nephew’s Insurance from a rival company that was trying to exploit my nephew. 5 stars, 5 thumbs Up for Great and Reliable Customer Service!

📢👍 I had been looking for affordable car insurance in my area I found northstate auto insurance I read amazing reviews on the place and especially on a young lady by the name of evelyn.so I called her and she was amazing !!!she helped me since the moment we first talked over the phone..she not only gave me a low down payment and the best part a very very affordable monthly payment..thank you so much EVELYN for all you did for me today you were such a blessing I'm so happy you were able to help me and my family but most of all to of came across such an amazing genuine person. so if your looking for the best price for car insurance and a great personality go to EVELYN!!👍🙏

so far so good, they gave me a great deal saved half the price I would have at fred lawyers insurance and got better coverage. As far as I seen they had good customer service and the girl that helped me really tried to get me the best and cheapest coverage possible... I recommend them to my friends and family its hard to get insurance at a cheap price in Cali :)

Fred was awesome. Fred navigated me through to give me full coverage of the Lexus I just purchased. He blew Wawanesa's quote out of the water. The prices weren't even close. Thanks a lot Fred. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

This is by far the best insurance company and agent I’ve ever had. Fred was able to get me the coverage I was looking for at a lower price than any other company that quoted me...significantly lower. The customer service is excellent and very personable. He remembered me by name when I came in to make a payment. I would recommended the place to anybody!!!

Fred was able to save me hundreds of dollars compared to AIS. Great service. Even after agreeing on one quote he took the time to find me a even better deal. Highly recommend trying this place for auto insurance.

Fred was very pleasant to work with he took care of all my dwv issues so that when I go to the dwv it makes my trip little easier!! I really appreciate his customer service and with freeway insurance they tried to charge me 416 dollars and with Fred i paid 216..and he told me to go inside the office next month so that I can get my policy reduction and he will wave the 50 cancelation fee!!! That is a blessing because money is so tight. I will recommend anyone to Fred!!!!

I have been with my existing carrier for 20 years. I finally decided to make a change. The premiums were out of control. I contacted Northstate and was contacted by Fred Khatib. He started the process immediately and it was completed within 2 hours. I am now paying less than 50% of my other policies. It was lovely to speak with a person that asked about my requirements and took care of everything. All I had to do was sign. I would like to give Northstate insurance a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Fred
